Join our Preferred Vendor Network

To become a Freeman Built vendor, please complete the application process and ensure you meet the compliance requirements. Your eligibility and continued membership in our vendor network is determined by: turnaround times, quality, price, number of jobs accepted and number of jobs previously completed.

The application process includes the following steps:

  1. Fill out the Company Registration form below to start the application process.
  2. Send forms to: HR@FreemanBuilt.com.
    • Insurance Certificate
    • Working License
    • State contractor’s License for your trade (if your are applying to do renovation services)
    • Driver’s License
    • W-9 Form
  3. Freeman Built HR Department will review and validate your documents and if there is a need in your area they will provide you with further instructions.
  4. Sign our vendor agreement and send the original to us to finish the application process.

  • Provide below three current or past clients that are representative of the work for which you wish to be considered.
